In the Owner Hub, owners are able to m anage approval requests, chat on Melds, change notification preferences, update their account information, and view a history of all Melds on their properties. Property Meld was designed to expedite maintenance while delivering excellent customer service. It is up to the property manager if an owner will be invited to the Owner Hub. The Owner Hub is a portal for owners to view and manage Melds for their properties. O wners are able to have accounts in Property Meld with the Property Meld Owner Hub. Property Meld's goal is to deliver a positive customer experience, while intelligently improving efficiency and oversight. Property Meld’s software and services automate the maintenance process from start to finish.
